We aim to provide the highest quality garments to our customers. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Return garments must be unworn with tags still attached.
EXCHANGE: Please enclose a note in your return parcel, stating your order number, desired exchange item and size along with your return address.
REFUND: Please enclose a note in your return parcel, stating your order number and reason for return. Refunds will only be made once we receive the returned goods in the original condition with tags still attached.
Items must be returned to the address stated below and should arrive back to us within 14 days from date of purchase.
Unfortunately, we can not be liable for refund postage costs so please ensure postage is paid for these returned items. We also recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.
